Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your guide
and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. This lively town sits at the base of Kilimanjaro and

In the evening, you will meet your guide for a full briefing covering route details, safety
procedures, gear check, and important preparation tips to ensure a comfortable and
successful climb.

- Airport transfers between Kilimanjaro International Airport and your hotel in Arusha are included. You will be supported by professional, English-speaking mountain guides who are certified for Kilimanjaro climbs, along with a full support crew including porters and a dedicated mountain cook.
- All Kilimanjaro National Park fees are covered, including park entry, hut accommodation, and rescue fees. Accommodation is provided in comfortable mountain huts (Mandara, Horombo, and Kibo) as well as a hotel stay in Arusha before and after the climb.
- Nutritious daily meals are provided throughout the trek, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with clean and safe drinking water. Your health will be monitored daily, including oxygen level checks to ensure safety at altitude.
