Meet the Founder

Mbugu Adventure and Safaris was founded and is proudly led by Patricial Maganga, a passionate Tanzanian woman with over 8+ years of experience in the tourism industry.
Her journey began with a deep love for Tanzania’s landscapes, wildlife, and culture. Through years of hands on experience working closely with travelers, guiding tours, and organizing safaris she developed a clear vision: to build a company that offers more personal, detail-oriented, and meaningful travel experiences. In an industry where women are still underrepresented, she has created a brand that stands for confidence, care, and excellence, while also opening doors and inspiring other women to grow within the tourism sector.
